Support Your Immune System or Vaccinate?

With all the crazy news and fear tactics to vaccinate, vaccinate, I can only say one thing, DON’T!!

The key to health is a healthy immune system. The first step is to do the basics. Eat a healthy diet, exercise, hydrate your body and get a good night’s sleep. In this twenty-four seven society it is sometimes impossible to get two of these steps done never mind all of them. With that in mind what can we do to help support the immune system in addition to the above named suggestions?

We can start by stocking up our nutritional arsenal and beginning the task of prevention!

Here are a few suggestions.

There is more and more emerging evidence of the importance of Vitamin D3 in helping to prevent influenza epidemics which is why the most serious influenza epidemics occur in the winter when peoples Vitamin D levels are the lowest.

Echinacea benefits include tissue regeneration, immune stimulation, plus anti-inflammation and antimicrobial properties. It also has an amazing ability to promote the elimination of viral infected cells. X-Viromin by Apex Energetic is a wonderful blend of Echinacea and Astragalus Root which modulates T-Cell activity and increases the production of natural killer cells.

Our arsenal is not complete without antioxidants such as Vitamins B6, A, C and E which protect the Thymus. The Thymus is essential in protecting against autoimmune disease. Immu-Zyme by Apex Energetics contains all of these antioxidants plus Zinc and Colostrum which is chock full of key immunoglobulins, IgG, IgM and IgA.

Last but not least is the Lifewave Glutathione Patch. Glutathione helps in pulling out toxins in the body. When we think of a healthy immune system we have to consider the elimination of toxins. Living in this modern world it is impossible to completely avoid toxins. So the next best thing is wearing a simple patch a couple times a day to keep those Glutathione levels up.

I have below an excellent link to watch if you are thinking of vaccinating yourself or your children this flu season. Before you consider a potentially toxic vaccination consider boosting and protecting your immune system. Life is always a delicate balance!

How much vitamin D can one take? If one is trying to build up a documented (blood testing) deficiency, how much do you recommend?

I listened to the youtube clip re: H1N1 vaccines. Our family did not receive the vaccine, but what would you recommend if someone had taken it; is there an “antidote” available for the potential neurological side effects caused by the vaccine?

I would recommend two things for detox, Vitamin C and Glutathione. There has been a lot of research done on glutathione and autism. Children with autism have low glutathione levels. Now there is some controversy whether the levels are low due to vaccines or just low for some genetic reason. But the application of high dose glutathione does make a difference. The best glutathione source I have found is the Lifewave Glutathione Patch. It is an energetic patch that increases blood levels of glutahione around 300%. Glutathione has the ability to pull out those neuro toxins.

    I would recommend 5000 iu’s a day. I like the Metagenics D35000.

  5. Mary, I LOVE my glutathione patches!
