Deficiencies in certain neurotransmitters have been linked to cravings, addictions and of course weight gain. Like any complex system, your healthy brain neuro-chemistry depends on every part being capable of doing their job at the proper time but certain factors seem to be key.

Daxitrol is formulated to meet the needs of some common neurotransmitter deficits. To help control appetite Neuroscience has included key amino acids, vitamins and herbs. These are primary designed to help support serotonin and dopamine normalization as when these levels tend to drop, a person will have a greater probability of depression and stress eating.

If you are hungry all day and can’t stop thinking about food, then you will have to take Daxitrol throughout the day. They work best on an empty stomach so we recommend that before you grab that snack, take a couple of Daxitrol and the will have a better chance of helping you feel satisfied much more quickly.

Most overweight people tend to have most of the eating problems in the late afternoon until bedtime. If this is you, you can try taking all of your Daxitrol just before the overeating kicks in, for example at 4:30 P.M or 5:00 P.M. Everyone is different, but try two capsules at that point. You may not need any more until bedtime. If that doesn’t work for you, try adding one more capsule at a time until you reach 4 or 5 at a time. Some people will have better luck with taking 2 or 3 capsules at 4:30 P.M. and then two more at 8:00 P.M. Try different combinations until you find the right balance for you. If you hit a stressful time, you will probably have to adjust the time and amount.

Remember to use your SP6 Patches as discussed earlier.
