Radiation is in the news thanks to the Japanese nuclear reactor crisis. We read of radiation in the sea water, in the air and now in our milk supply. Should you be worried? Is there something you can do to protect yourself?
First let’s establish a perspective. It is good to note that some peoples who live at very high altitudes and receive more radiation than those at sea level often have some of the longest life spans. Other factors must be at play.
