The summer time marks the time when most of us like to go on a vacation. After the long and cold grind of winter, and the pollen filled air of spring, people are enjoying some rest and relaxation.
Vacations also mark a break from our daily routines. We love to be able to wake up in the morning and not have to worry about work or responsibilities. The sense of freedom is really what makes a trip so appealing.
But don’t get so caught up in leaving your routine behind that you forget some important things, like your vitamins and supplements.
